| The MERLIN series cartoners are horizontal loading and mainly cater to the medium and high-speed requirements. Various models handling various carton sizes ensure accommodation of a wide range of products. They can work independently, with automatic in-feed, or in tandem with upstream tube fillers, blister packers or any other primary packing machines. |

Features
- The heart of the MERLIN series machines is the Rotary carton pick-up system. This system picks up a carton from the magazine, pre-breaks it by counter suction and then loads it smoothly into the carton chain. The carriers in the chain then hold the carton squarely till the processes of product-loading and carton-closing are complete.
- In-feed of individual, collated or multiple products
- Tuck-in / Hot-melt / cold-glue carton closures
- Tool-less changeover made further simple with the help of position indicators. Semi-skilled personnel too can quickly reproduce all setting values.
